The Argyle Sweater, by Scott Hilburn, is comic discovery #2 in my search for great comic strips of today. The Far Side by Gary Larson, published from 1980 to 1995, set the standard for great single-panel comics. I don’t think The Argyle Sweater is quite as brilliant as Far Side, but it’s definitely in the ball park. Of all the single-panel comics I found on gocomics.com, Argyle Sweater was my personal favorite. Enjoy, and see more at gocomics.com.
