Easter – Truth or Fairy Tale?

There’s nothing wrong with dying eggs with our kids and taking them to easter egg  hunts as long as we also spend time reminding them of what Easter is really about. The entire Christian faith rests upon the event that Easter was originally meant to celebrate; the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Its not enough to teach our kids that Jesus was a good man who we should give reverence to once or twice a year. Our kids need to know that the Bible stories are true. Do we have any solid evidence that the resurrection of Jesus Christ really happened as it was recorded in the Bible? I believe the evidence shows overwhelmingly that it did.
