Below is a piece of concept art I drew recently, depicting a scene from the novel that I am currently working on. The working title is Pet Planet, but I’m pretty sure that will be changed before publication. This new project is a complete change of direction for me. It’s a young adult novel that has nothing to do with Glazed Man or Rat Girl. I’m not ready to give any real details yet, as I’m still writing the rough draft. I don’t plan to do illustrations for this one, although I’m considering doing one or two. The illustration below is simply to help me visualize the characters as I’m writing. All I can say is I’m extremely excited about the way its coming together so far.
